Xllll. PROCEDURE FOR THE EXERCISE OF THE RIGHTS OF THE OWNER OF PERSONAL DATA

In the event that the owner of the personal data requires to exercise his or her rights through a representative, he or she must send a power of attorney legalized by a notary public that authorizes him or her as such and his or her identity document.
