Please note that only items that have not been worn, have not been washed, have not been altered, are free of stains and odors, and have their original tags on, will be eligible for return or exchange. If you meet the conditions, we will replace or repair any item with manufacturing defects. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns and exchanges for international orders.

OUR SHIPMENTS
All our shipments, both to Lima and the province, are delivered to your home. We send small, easy-to-transport packages through the companies Olva Courier and Scharff. We send large, oversized and heavy packages through the transport companies Shalom and Marvisur.
Our delivery commitment is 3 to 7 business days maximum. That is, your order can be delivered in a range of 3 to 7 business days. The time of our delivery commitment begins on the first business day after the date of the purchase order.
